You''ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving mechanical systems, machinery and production equipment to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency. You will conduct routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical faults, and implementing preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimise downtime and optimise performance. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment, machinery, and systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical defectsReplace or repair worn or defective components such as bearings, shafts, pumps, and valvesCarry out emergency breakdown repairs promptly to minimise production lossDevelop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned downtimeMonitor equipment performance and use predictive maintenance techniques Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment historyAssist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipmentEnsure ..... full job details .....
