Fitter/Service Support

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fitter/Service Support based in Castleford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. Summary of the Fitter/Service Support role Salary: £35,000 Location: Castleford Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours - Monday - Thursday 8.15am-4.30pm Friday - 8.15-1.45pm Responsibilities of theFitter/Service Support De-contamination of pump units Dismantling, inspection and reporting of pump unit condition Identification of spare parts required from drawings Mechanical measurements of components Electrical inspection, assembly and testing of pumps Assisting within other departments when required Requirements for a successful Fitter/Service Support Confined space training Overhead crane, Lifting and slinging operator licence Water Hygiene qualified Full clean driving license Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar or time served Experience in Electric motor and control equipment Fault finding skills Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Forklift licenses About Allstaff RecruitmentWe''re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
