Aureos are seeking Fitters to join our team in the Bristol and Swansea area.  As a Fitter at Aureos, you''ll be at the core of our high voltage operations, helping to maintain, install, and repair critical infrastructure for DNOs, IDNOs, and private clients across the South Wales and Bristol region.  You''ll be joining a team that works across Aureos''s HV projects, ensuring network stability and supporting clients with new installations, upgrades, and responsive maintenance.   Daily tasks and duties   Installing and maintaining HV equipment and switchgear, including AIS and GIS systems up to 132kV  Working on power transformers, protection panels, battery chargers, SCADA/telecontrol panels, and more  Carrying out planned and emergency maintenance across customer and DNO networks  Interpreting technical drawings, setting out installation work, and ensuring all activities comply with design specs and safety standards  Collaborating with engineers, project managers and clients to ensure efficient, safe delivery of work  Participating in out-of-hours and standby dutie...</description>
