• Manufacture dinghy sailing masts and booms using drills, routers, and other hand tools

• Make high quality products from standard specification drawings

• Cleaning, rigging, and packing of spars and manufacture of sub-assemblies

• Assist in other general duties as and when necessary to help maintain production
