Due to an increase in workload, they are currently looking for an experienced freelance Project Manager to join the team on an initial contract basis. You will be responsible for costing and delivering DandB fit-out projects up to 3m, working across multiple projects and sites around London. The role will be split between office and site, with a strong focus on commercial control, programme and successful project delivery. We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong DandB fit-out background, who is commercially aware and confident managing projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will need to be comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects and dealing directly with clients, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
