The Role: This role requires a strong leader with a passion for supporting people, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Team Leadership: Recruit, proactively develop a talent pipeline, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors. Foster a positive and motivating work environment. Member Engagement: Interact with members to understand their fitness goals, provide guidance, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the fitness areas and equipment. Ensure all safety and health regulations are met. Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through a constant focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.
