We are looking to welcome a personable individual with a love for fitness and wellbeing to join our hard-working and passionate team, in a role where you will deliver a high standard of service to our members. This role is highly customer-focused and extremely rewarding as you will play a key part in assisting members with achieving their goals, creating gym plans tailored to these. You will also have the opportunity to instruct classes, creating a fun and motivating environment for our members. Specific responsibilities will include: Supervising the gym area Undertaking gym inductions and gym programmes Delivering E-GYM inductions Setting up activities within the centre such as badminton, football, fitness classes etc. Instructing classes (wherever necessary and qualification dependent) Assisting with centre tours and membership sales Assisting the Front of House team at reception and on Caf- Ensuring the centre is well run, clean and ready for business.
