Fit Out Supervisor / Finishing Foreman

An excellent opportunity for an experience Internals Manager to be involved in a fast-paced, high-quality scheme, overseeing the internal works through to completion over the next 12 months.The role of Internals / Fit Out Supervisor/ Finishing Foreman is to start ASAP up to 12 months work and beyond for the right candidate. You to considered for this role you must have previously managed subcontractors and trades on site and worked on student accommodation schemesRole Details:Start: ASAPDuration: Approximately 12 months - Could continue longer for the right personRate: 240 - 250 per day (depending on experience)Location: Holborn LondonKey Responsibilities:Management and coordination of all internal and fit-out worksOverseeing subcontractors , and trades to ensure all works are delivered to programmeMaintaining high standards of quality and finish throughoutEnsuring compliance with health and safety requirementsWorking closely with the Project Manager and site team to drive progressManaging snagging and handover processesRequirements:Minimum 5 years'' experience in an Internals Manager/ Finishing Foreman roleProven background on student accommodation or similar residential/commercial schemesStrong knowledge of internal trades, sequencing, and quality controlAbility to manage multiple subcontractors and work to tight programmesValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skillsTo apply please forward your CV to Hazel Baron ..... full job details .....
