Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-spec commercial office fit out project in the heart of EC3, London.
This is a 3-month contract with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage
and coordinate specialist subcontractors on site Oversee installation of suspended ceilings, raised flooring, partitions, and dry lining. Ensure works are completed to programme, quality standards, and in line with health and safety
regulations Conduct
site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records Liaise with the project team, suppliers, and clients as required
Requirements:
Proven
experience managing commercial fit out projects Strong knowledge of the above trades and relevant processes SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid
certified Excellent
