No 1 Site Manager – Cat A Fit Out – Reading

Our client is  currently seeking an experienced No 1 Site Manager / Fit Out Site Manager for a two-floor Cat A fit-out project in Reading

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Fit Out Site Manager with a strong background in commercial office fit out projects who can take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

Role – No 1 Site Manager / Fit Out Site Manager

Location – Reading

Project – Two Floor Cat A Commercial Fit Out

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility as No 1 Site Manager on a two-floor Cat A fit out project
• Manage and coordinate all site activities as the lead Fit Out Site Manager
• Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure the fit out programme is maintained
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed across the fit out site
• Coordinate deliveries, site logistics and daily site operations
• Monitor quality of workmanship throughout the Cat A fit out
• Work closely with the project team to ensure the fit out project is delivered on programme
• Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Maintain high standards of site management, housekeeping and organisation
• Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a No 1 Site Manager or Fit Out Site Manager
• Strong background in commercial Cat A office fit out projects
• Previous experience managing multi floor fit out projects
• Excellent subcontractor management and site coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements within commercial fit out
• Ability to manage the fit out programme and drive progress on site
