About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Internal Fit Out Site Manager to take ownership of the internal fit-out on one of our high-rise blocks at the City Wharf development in Glasgow. You’ll oversee the full process from first fix through to snagging and handover—ensuring a high-quality finish across apartments and communal areas.
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you’ll work closely with the wider site team and MandE Manager to deliver a standout product in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 12 month FTC due to finish in September 2026 upon completion of the project.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the internal fit-out of high-rise BTR apartments and communal areas, maintaining exceptional standards.Leading on health, safety, and environmental responsibilities site-wide—including site inductions, toolbox talks, and RAMS appraisals.Ensuring compliance with our Quality Assurance procedures throughout the build.Coordinating with other departments (commercial, health and safety, design) to maintain project flow.Chairing subcontractor meetings and issuing records of discussion.Identifying risks to programme delivery and resolving any emerging site issues.Supporting the site team in maintaining a clean, presentable site at all times.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in internal fit-out within the BTR or residential development sector.SMSTS, First Aid, and Scaffold Appreciation (or similar) certification.NVQ Level 4 or above (preferred).A solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and quality building practices.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with strong teamworking abilities.
