Fit-out Site Manager

My client are a fitout, refurbishment, retrofit and construction services in the UK. The Role My client are looking for an experienced Site Manager to support the successful delivery of construction and fit-out project in Glasgow Area. This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activity, leading subcontractors and trades, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget and specification. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors and trades across areas such as groundworks, channels, cladding, steelworks, mechanical and electrical works, and painting and decorating. Support effective planning, sequencing and programme management to ensure key project milestones are achieved. Use project programmes, including Asta Programming where required, to monitor progress and plan upcoming activity. Lead proactive health and safety management, including inspections, risk controls, site procedures and compliance requirements. Monitor site progress against agreed budgets, programme and commercial expectations. Identify, record and escalate variations, risks, delays and potential extension-of-time matters promptly.
