You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are achieved, maintaining programme deadlines, and delivering a high-quality finished product in a live construction environment. You are required to have a hands-on individual with proven experience managing internal fit-out works on care homes, healthcare, residential, hotel, or similar projects. Main-Responsibilities Manage and supervise all internal fit-out activities from first fix through to handover. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification. Ensure high standards of quality control throughout all finishing stages. Conduct regular inspections and identify any defects or non-conformances. Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and commercial team.
