Fish and Chip Shop Manager (Head Fryer)

Assistant Fish and Chip Shop Manager (Assistant Fryer) required for a unit in the Baildon / Shipley area of west yorkshire. This role will be running the day to day operation of the shop. They offer a range of benefits including free meals on duty and your birthday off. The role is working 5 out of 7 days, they open Mon-Sat from lunch to around 830pm and on a sunday they open lunchtime/afternoon. Fish and chip shop manager, £13.50 per hour, full time, 35 hrs a week The Fish and Chip Shop Assistant Manager (Fryer) role As a assistant fryer / assistant manager you will run the day to day operation of the shop, you will ensure the fish and chips and other items are ready for the frying times and then fry whilst the shop is open. You will ensure there is minimumal food waste and that the waiting times are also under control. This manager role includes all the normal duties of a assistant Fish and Chip Manager. Fish and Chip Shop assistant Manager (deputy Fryer) Experience We are looking for a assistant Shop manager for this fish and chip shop, which the role also includes the fryer duties.
