As we continue to grow, we are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join our fast-paced, fun and supportive team!What You''ll Be Doing:As a First Response Claims Handler, you''ll play a key role in the early stages of the claims process. Your responsibilities will include:Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud!Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear and confident way - feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business!Delivering top-tier customer service with empathy and energy!Promoting our services with ..... full job details .....
