First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Claim Handler

We handle all types of motor accident claims. We are seeking an experienced candidate with experience in accident management, credit hire, or personal injury claims to handle the initial stages of road traffic accident claims and provide comprehensive administrative support. Work involved As a First Notification of Loss Claims Handler, you''ll be an essential part of the early claims journey. Your role will involve: Managing new accident claims and guiding clients through the first steps of their claim Investigating accident circumstances to assess liability, damages, and potential fraud Clearly and confidently explaining our services and benefits to clients; being comfortable with negotiation or sales is a plus! Arranging suitable credit hire replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently Handling multiple client claims with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Making commercially sound decisions that support both the customer and the business Delivering outstanding customer service with warmth, clarity, and enthusiasm Actively and confidently promoting company services Assisting colleagues when and where needed Skills needed A friendly, engaging, and confident phone manner Strong communication, listening, and decision-making skills Excellent time management and attention ..... full job details .....
