First Line Manager

INBOUND FIRST LINE MANAGER WANTED!
Location: Rugby, CV23.
Days of Work: Monday to Friday.
Hours of work: Weekly rotation, 07:00- 15:00/10:00-18:00/13:00-21:00 (37.5 per week).
Salary: £34.5K per anumm (£17.69ph).
Are you an experienced First Line Manger looking for a change of scenery?
Our World renounced international retail client are looking for an experienced First Line Manager to join their inbound office team in Rugby, CV23.
As a First line Manger, you will be working alongside another FLM, You will lead and manage the UK inbound team which is built up of 4 planners, 2 Ops support and 5 Admin. This is a fast-paced role which would suit someone who works well under pressure.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS AN INBOUND FIRST LINE MANAGER:

• Lead the Planning team and play a key role in the development of people and processes across the account areas. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes:  Lead and support the Vendor Communication team to ensure collections are agreed and planned for the following day.
• Bring together the Inbound and Outbound operations to create synergies and cost savings.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability, and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
• To ensure strong and effective relationships are maintained with both customer and account team.

 
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO: 

• Experience with Transport and route planning.
• Have previous team supervisor/management experience.
• Experience using the Paragon Planning tool is desirable.
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
