Are you an experienced production or packing supervisor looking for your next challenge within a leading food manufacturer? We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fast-paced food manufacturing business based in Leicester (LE4) for a Packing First Line Manager to join their production team.

The Role

Working within the production team, you''ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality products are produced safely, efficiently and hygienically, and delivered on time to customers. Day-to-day, you will:

• Ensure packaging is correctly prepared and labelled for production
• Maintain quality standards across the packing area at all times
• Work flexibly across the business to help meet service levels
• Minimise packing/production downtime during working hours
• Keep the packing/production area clean, tidy and audit-ready
• Support with cleaning of the packing room as required

What We''re Looking For

• Experience working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment (essential)
• Strong written and numerical communication skills (essential)
• Food safety and Health & Safety training (desirable)
• A resilient, hands-on approach with the initiative to meet and exceed targets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence people at all levels
• A genuine team player who puts the wider business first
