Packing First Line Manager ( FLM ) Leicester, LE4 17.06 per hour Permanent, Full-Time Are you an experienced production or packing supervisor looking for your next challenge within a leading food manufacturer? We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fast-paced food manufacturing business based in Leicester (LE4) for a Packing First Line Manager to join their production team. The Role Working within the production team, you''ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality products are produced safely, efficiently and hygienically, and delivered on time to customers. Day-to-day, you will: Ensure packaging is correctly prepared and labelled for production Maintain quality standards across the packing area at all times Work flexibly across the business to help meet service levels Minimise packing/production downtime during working hours Keep the packing/production area clean, tidy and audit-ready Support with cleaning of the packing room as required What We''re Looking For Experience working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment (essential) Strong written and numerical communication skills (essential) Food safety and Health and Safety training (desirable) A resilient, hands-on approach with the initiative to meet and exceed targets Strong communication skills with the ability to influence people at all levels A genuine team player who puts the wider business first What''s On Offer 17.06 per hour Permanent, full-time position The opportunity to join a ..... full job details .....
