In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for users experiencing IT-related issues, delivering a consistently high level of customer service and ensuring a positive support experience.Your key responsibilities will include managing, troubleshooting, and progressing incidents and service requests in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
