Key Responsibilities: Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) : Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of propeller assemblies and components using precision measurement tools. Verify compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements. Responsibilities/Requirements: Previous experience in FAIR review / sign-off Working knowledge of AS9102 Specification Relative commodity experience (mechanical is priority) Inspection techniques Reading drawings writing Root Cause and Corrective Action Request Understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001 and AS9102 Standards Documentation and Reporting : Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports in accordance with AS9102 FAI documentation.
