First Article Inspector Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports in accordance with AS9102 FAI documentation. Ensure proper traceability of materials and components. Identify, document & address non-conformances, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams. Logging daily hours and activities for weekly submission. Raise and monitor non-conformances in relation to FAI, may contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action. Work closely with quality peers, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns. Support daily management of FAI progress, providing escalation where necessary to meet production deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve FAI processes & any concerns regarding compliance to FAI requirements.
