      <description>Location: Buckingham | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Copello are working with a Defence client who is looking for a Firmware Design Engineer to join their firmware team. The team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the firmware used in its anti-jam avionics products. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of digital logic and firmware design development but also a healthy interest in digital and analogue electronics (especially RF) as well as software. You will work within a small team of firmware experts and you will be supervised to design enhancements which you will implement, test and document in our structured process-driven environment. Although the primary role is firmware development you may also get the opportunity to develop software or use Matlab to simulate DSP algorithms or analyse data.
