Fire Training Instructor

Our client has an opportunity for a Fire Instructor to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be providing a professional teaching capability to support learning and development across the range of FSC courses, fire and rescue service qualifications and wider private sector training.Role: Fire Instructor Location: Moreton-In-Marsh Hours: Monday to Friday Salary: 38500What you''ll be doing:To undertake the duties of an instructor including delivering feedback to delegates and when required act as a syndicate lead as part of personal development.Responsibility to ensure the health, safety and welfare of learners, colleagues and visitors, and delivery off site at other training venues.To support the FSC annual delivery plan by actively seeking opportunities, broadening skills to support the requirement for delivery tutors to be skilled in a range of specialist areas, and assist with the delivery of courses that fall outside of these.Promote our core values and an organisational culture that positively reflects best practice on equality and diversity issues and that meets the Fire Service College''s legal and ethical obligations.You must promote a positive attitude towards the development and maintenance of a Health and Safety culture through all aspects of the organisation.Requirements:Qualified Firefighter instructor with experience in a uniformed training environment (preferably Fire and Rescue Service or a recognised fire training establishment).Strong understanding ..... full job details .....
