Fire Surveyor

Our Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Surveyor to join our team on an interim basis, playing a key role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Review and validate Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) to ensure accuracy and compliance Audit and verify the completion of fire safety actions Scope, specify, and issue works required to address identified risks Provide competent person sign-off on fire safety documentation Validate evidence of completed works and ensure audit trails are maintained Support continuous improvement of fire safety standards across the estate Requirements Recognised Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) qualification Demonstrable experience in fire risk assessment validation and auditing Strong understanding of fire safety legislation and best practice Ability to scope remedial works and manage action closure effectively Competent person status (or ability to demonstrate equivalent experience and knowledge) Desirable Registration on the National Fire Risk Assessors Register (Tier 2) Candidates not currently registered must be willing to obtain this within 3 months of appointment ..... full job details .....
