      <description>Location: Yorkshire | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | A specialist fire safety consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Fire Surveyor to support projects across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region. The successful Fire Surveyor will work across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial and public-sector buildings.The Fire Surveyor''s RoleThe appointed Fire Surveyor will carry out detailed site inspections, identify fire safety defects and produce clear technical reports for clients.Key responsibilities will include:Undertaking fire compartmentation surveysCompleting fire door inspectionsInspecting fire-stopping and passive fire protection measuresIdentifying defects, breaches and areas of non-complianceProducing detailed survey reports with remedial recommendationsReviewing drawings, specifications and building informationLiaising with clients, contractors and property teamsSupporting wider fire safety and remedial works programmesThe Fire SurveyorThe successful Fire Surveyor will ideally have:Previous experience in fire surveying, passive fire protection or building surveyingStrong knowledge of fire doors, compartmentation and fire-stopping systemsA relevant qualification in Fire Safety, Building Surveying, Construction o...</description>
