Stable company, Lots of Support, and permanent long term role.The Mission - Fire Suppression Operations ManagerOur client currently relies on external contractors for suppression system installations.Your role will be to:- Lead and manage those external teams in the short term- Quote and oversee delivery of fire suppression projects and operations- Recruit, develop, and retain a permanent team of Suppression Engineers- Build an in-house function that reduces contractor dependency- Use your Fire Suppression skills to advise and lead Who We''re Looking For as Head of Fire Suppression/ Fire Operations Manager You''ll be a confident, experienced manager with a background in managing Fire Suppression Engineers.
