The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all systems remain fully operational, compliant, and effective in protecting residents and property. Key Responsibilities Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), routine servicing, and inspections of fire sprinkler and suppression systems across multiple residential sites. Inspect, test, maintain, and repair sprinkler heads, control valves, pumps, flow switches, pipework, and associated equipment. Diagnose and rectify system faults, leaks, pressure issues, and equipment failures, ensuring swift and safe resolution.
