CSCS Fire Stopper Location: Milton Keynes Rate: £24-£25 Per hour Start Date: Immediate We are currently looking for an experienced Fire Stopper to work on a busy construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out fire-stopping works to ensure penetrations and service openings are properly sealed and compliant with project requirements. Duties Installing fire-stopping systems around service penetrations Sealing gaps around pipes, cables and other building services Applying fire-rated sealants and other approved fire-stopping materials Carrying out fire-stopping remedial works Working from drawings and site specifications Ensuring works are completed to a high standard Maintaining accurate records where required Working safely and keeping the work area clean and tidy Requirements Valid CSCS card Proven experience as a Fire Stopper Previous construction/site experience Good knowledge of fire-stopping systems and materials Relevant fire-stopping qualifications or manufacturer training preferred Own tools and PPE Good attention to detail Reliable and professional approach Fire Stopping experience is essential for this position.
