Fire Stopping OperativeLocation: BirminghamRate: 230 per dayI am looking for experienced Fire Stopping Operatives to join our growing team. This role involves carrying out passive fire protection works within occupied and unoccupied properties, ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standard and in line with manufacturers'' specifications and BM TRADA requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall loft compartmentation systems.Carry out fire stopping to service penetrations, including pipes, cables and ducts.Install certified passive fire protection systems.Read and interpret installation drawings and specifications.Complete photographic records and quality assurance documentation.Maintain excellent health and safety standards on site.Work closely with supervisors and other operatives to deliver projects safely and efficiently.Essential RequirementsBlue Skilled CSCS Card.Full UK Driving Licence.Own tools.Previous fire stopping experience.DesirableFire Stopping NVQ.Additional passive fire protection qualifications.BM TRADA Q-Mark experience.If you''re an experienced Fire Stopping Operative looking for ongoing work at 230 per day, we''d love to hear from you.
