Fire Stopper

A reputable and well-established Passive Fire Protection contractor with a strong presence across South London and the surrounding areas is looking for an experienced Firestopper to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work across a variety of projects across-residential, and commercial sectors delivering high-quality passive fire protection solutions and ensuring works are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete firestopping installations across multiple sites throughout South London
• Install passive fire protection systems including penetration seals, fire barriers, cavity barriers, and associated works
• Ensure all installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and compliance requirements
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and installation details accurately
• Work alongside site teams, supervisors, and project managers to deliver quality-focused results
• Maintain a strong focus on health & safety, workmanship, and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Firestopper / Passive Fire Protection Installer
• Strong understanding of passive fire protection systems and installation methods
• Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
• High standards of workmanship and a commitment to quality
• Relevant passive fire qualifications or manufacturer training would be beneficial

Package & Benefits:

• Salary: -38,000 - -44,000 (depending on experience)
