Fire stopper

DT Source-are currently seeking experienced-Fire-Stoppers at Manchester airport.-

Responsibilities:

• Installing fire-stopping systems such as:
  • Batt and mastic
  • Fire-resistant sealants
  • Pipe collars and wraps
  • Cavity barriers
• Reading construction drawings and fire protection plans.
• Sealing gaps around pipes, cables, ducts, and other penetration
• Ensuring work complies with UK fire safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in-passive-fire-protection and-fire-stopping.
• NVQ in-Passive-Fire-Protection (preferred but not essential).
• FIRAS, BM TRADA, or equivalent accreditation experience advantageous.
• Own tools, PPE, and transport.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
