Fire Stopping Operative - MobileWe are currently recruiting for experienced Fire Stopping Operatives within St Albans to join our growing mobile passive fire protection team.Role OverviewThis is a mobile role carrying out fire stopping installation, remediation, and maintenance works across various sites. Candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining high compliance, safety, and quality standards.Essential RequirementsApplicants must have:Full UK Driving LicenceOwn transport, tools, and PPERelevant fire stopping qualifications or proven time-served experienceValid CSCS Card (essential)Experience with penetration sealing, fire batt installations, fire mastic, fire collars, fire wraps, and compartmentation worksAbility to interpret fire stopping specifications and manufacturers'' installation requirementsAbility to use a mobile booking/job management system (currently Boris) via smartphone appA company phone may be loaned for use with the booking system.Working ExpectationsWorking hours: 8:00am - 4:00pmOperatives are expected to complete only the works listed on the job sheet - no additional works without authorisationOnce allocated work is completed, operatives must contact the office for further instructionsEarly finishes may still be paid as a full day subject to approval from the Site Manager and/or officeAny overtime must be approved in advance by a Site Manager or Head of OperationsOvertime is paid at a flat ..... full job details .....
