Fire Stopper

RGsetsquare are looking for a Fire Stopper to cover London area, on a temporary basis

Duties Include:

• Installation of batt and mastic fire stopping systems to walls, floors, and service penetrations
• Ensuring correct application of all fire stopping materials in line with manufacturer guidelines and project specifications
• Accurate measurement, cutting, and fitting of fire-resistant boards and sealants
• Identification and reporting of potential fire safety risks or non-compliance issues
• Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring works are signed off where required
• Adhering to all site health & safety requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection - essential
• Proven experience in fire stopping, specifically batt and mastic installations
• CSCS Card is a MUST
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and building control requirements
• Full PPE and own hand tools
• Full UK driving licence and to travel between sites in London

Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm
