Fire Sprinkler Site Supervisor

Overview

Venatu are pleased to present a Fire Sprinkler Site Supervisor opportunity with a client who specialises in the installation of domestic and residential fire systems, primarily in high rise buildings and care homes. The client is seeking a Fire Site Supervisor to join AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, with a clear path to progression to Project Manager.Responsibilities

Manage installations on various projects within established processes and procedures, and work closely with the senior management team.Develop good relations with clients, engineers and subcontractors at site level.Manage the finances for your project(s) to ensure targets are met.Carry out site surveys in line with procedure (pre-start, in-progress status and commissioning).Monitor site programmes to ensure client expectations and targets are met at all times.Attend weekly progress and project review meetings, and coordinate with the finance team at head office.Produce QA documents.Qualifications and Skills

Based in Greater London or within reasonable travel distance; the projects are primarily in and around the Greater London area.Able to work independently and as part of a wider team, with the ability to supervise others.Good communication skills in all areas.Ability to use Excel and to learn an advanced database system.Full Driving Licence.Appropriate CSCS cards with relevant qualifications (e.g., RSA certificate).Benefits and Employment Details
