This role involves the installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems in both commercial and residential settings. Key Responsibilities:Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on fire alarm systems.Install, maintain, and repair fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems.Conduct routine inspections, testing, and servicing to ensure compliance with safety regulations.Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and failures, providing efficient and effective solutions.Ensure all work meets BS 5839, BAFE, and other relevant standards.Provide technical support and advice to customers on system functionality and operation.Collaborate with managers, technicians, and other engineers to complete installations on schedule.Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and service reports.Follow health and safety protocols, ensuring all work is carried out safely and compliantly.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new regulations.Key ..... full job details .....
