This is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals to play a key role in ensuring the safety of residents, staff and property assets across a diverse housing portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering reactive fire safety surveying services, managing remedial works and supporting fire safety improvement programmes to ensure compliance with current legislation, regulatory requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out property inspections to ensure fire safety works meet agreed specifications, quality standards, health and safety legislation, and organisational policies. Undertake site visits following Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), identify remedial requirements and prepare detailed specifications for fire safety improvement works.
