This is an interim contract paying up to -450 per day via umbrella, depending on experience, with an initial term of 12 weeks and potential for extension. Working across predominantly residential buildings, with some commercial properties, you''ll be responsible for undertaking Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), reviewing fire safety compliance, and providing technical guidance to ensure statutory obligations are met. Using the True Compliance system, you''ll manage your own programme of inspections, providing weekly updates and ensuring all planned assessments are completed within agreed timescales.
