This is a strong permanent opportunity for someone with fire safety surveying experience who wants a varied role across residential buildings, with ownership of fire risk actions, remedial works, contractor quality and completed works. You will be carrying out pre and post inspections, preparing specifications, managing contractors, checking fire safety works and making sure defects are identified, recorded and resolved to the right standard.
