Fire Safety Surveyor Temporary - Permanent CompetitiveNottinghamshire Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Fire Safety Surveyor on a temporary - permanent basis, to join an organisation based in Nottinghamshire.Duties of the Fire Safety Surveyor role will include, but is not limited to:Oversee external contractors to ensure fire safety standards are maintained across residential propertiesEnsure housing stock remains compliant with relevant fire safety legislation and regulationsCoordinate and monitor fire safety works, ensuring completion within agreed budgets and timescalesManage contractor performance, ensuring services are delivered to the required standardsAssist with the procurement, delivery and ongoing management of fire safety contractsMaintain accurate records of compliance activities and produce reports when requiredLiaise with contractors, internal departments and residents regarding fire safety works and compliance mattersIdentify potential fire safety risks and ensure appropriate remedial actions are implementedThe successful candidate for the Fire Safety Surveyor will have:Level 3 in Fire SafetyFull UK Driving LicenceTo be considered for this exciting role, please contact Connor Lamb - Recruitment Consultant at Hamilton Woods or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
