Pay - £350 - £450 per day INSIDE IR35 The Role As Fire Safety Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing designated fire risk assessment actions, ensuring works are completed to the required standard and within agreed timescales. You will work closely with fire safety professionals, contractors, consultants, internal asset and property teams and residents to ensure fire safety works are delivered effectively and in accordance with current legislation and standards. Key responsibilities will include: Managing designated fire risk assessment actions and monitoring progress through to completion. Ensuring fire safety works are delivered within required timescales. Liaising with relevant Fire Authorities and ensuring actions arising from Notices of Deficiencies are addressed appropriately. Assessing building defects and developing appropriate remedial proposals. Preparing detailed specifications for remedial and fire safety works.
