About the Role You will survey properties, prepare clear work specifications, review remedial works, oversee contractors and provide technical advice on active fire safety systems. Key Duties Check that active fire safety works, including fire risk assessment actions, repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance, meet legal, safety and quality standards.
