Home based, with occasional office attendance, you will coordinate investigations, scope solutions and oversee the delivery of remedial works that address building safety risks, from external wall systems to compartmentation and life safety systems.Working closely with surveyors, consultants, contractors and resident stakeholders, you will translate technical findings into clear action plans, track progress to closure and ensure full compliance with evolving legislation and internal standards.
