Pay - £400 - £550 per day INSIDE IR35 The Opportunity We are currently working with a Social Housing Provider to recruit an experienced Fire Safety Projects Lead on an interim basis. This is a key role within the organisation''s Fire Safety function, responsible for managing and delivering specialist fire safety projects arising from Fire Risk Assessments and wider statutory compliance requirements. You will take ownership of projects from initial survey and specification through procurement, contractor management, delivery and completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required legislative and industry standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a fire safety professional with a strong project management, surveying or construction background who is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and contractors. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of specialist fire safety projects identified through Fire Risk Assessments and wider compliance programmes. Manage projects from initial site surveys through specification, tendering, procurement, delivery and completion. Ensure projects comply with relevant fire safety legislation, health and safety requirements and industry best practice.
