Fire Safety Project Manager
my client needs an experienced Project Manager who can lead multi-disciplinary teams, control significant budgets and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.Responsibilities:Lead borough-wide and area-based capital works programmes (c. £20m), including fire safety and major refurbishment schemesManage consultants, contractors and in-house teams to deliver on time, to budget and to a high standardTake ownership of financial control, performance management and quality assurance across multiple projectsLead resident consultation and manage customer expectations throughout deliveryEnsure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, Fire Safety Act and wider HandS dutiesProduce clear reports for senior management, members and forumsRequirements:Strong background delivering housing capital works, ideally fire safety and high-rise projectsSolid knowledge of Building Safety Act, housing legislation and leaseholder consultationProven experience managing large budgets and multi-disciplinary teamsDegree in a construction-related discipline (MRICS / MCIOB desirable)Confident communicator who can lead stakeholders and residents with ..... full job details .....
