This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fire safety or construction professional to play a key role in protecting residents, ensuring compliance, and supporting the delivery of essential fire safety programmes.The RoleAs Fire Safety Officer, you will support the implementation, monitoring and review of fire safety policies, procedures and compliance measures across a diverse property portfolio. You will carry out fire risk assessments, manage remedial works, liaise with contractors and stakeholders, and help ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.This is a varied role offering a mix of office-based work, site visits and home working, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical and people-focused responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Fire Risk Assessments and identify fire safety hazards and risks.Develop, monitor and manage fire safety action plans.Coordinate fire safety works and remedial actions through contractors.Provide technical advice on fire safety legislation, regulations and standards.Monitor contractor performance and attend review meetings.Engage with tenants, local authorities and other stakeholders on fire safety matters.Assist in the delivery of fire safety training ..... full job details .....
