Monitor fire safety issues during build-up, open and pull-outs period. -Report any obstructed emergency escape routes to the Venue''s Health and Safety department.-Report any build-up of combustible rubbish and waste materials to the Cleaning Manager-Report any emergency signs that are not operating correctly to the Venue''s Health and Safety Department. Ensure Exhibition is built in line with approved floor plans, i.e. gangways widths are maintained, and materials used comply with the venue''s Rules and Regulations. Distribute additional fire extinguishers in exhibition areas as requested by the Venue''s Health and Safety Department. Record any missing or damaged fire extinguishers on dilapidation form. Advise venue staff and exhibitors on fire safety issues. Carry out and record tests on VESDA alarm system. Brief visiting Security companies on the Venue''s Emergency procedures. Carry out ...
