Based within a specialist fire safety team, you''ll play a key role in shaping fire safety strategy, driving compliance performance, and supporting the delivery of safer homes for residents. DescriptionThis role sits within a dedicated Fire Safety team and will see you acting as the subject matter expert supporting colleagues, contractors and stakeholders across a large residential portfolio.Manage and monitor Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) programmes.Review FRA findings and allocate remedial actions.Track fire safety actions through to completion.Support compliance with the Fire Safety England Regulations (FSER).Undertake fire door inspections and compliance audits.Provide fire safety advice to ..... full job details .....
