This is a critical role responsible for managing and improving fire safety compliance across a large residential housing portfolio, ensuring residents remain safe and that all statutory and regulatory obligations are met. The successful candidate will act as a key technical expert, supporting the organisation''s building safety agenda, undertaking fire risk assessments, contributing to Building Safety Cases, and driving continuous improvement across fire safety management systems.
