      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum plus benefits | Type: Permanent | We are seeking an experienced  Fire Safety Manager  to provide fire safety leadership and assurance across a national portfolio of facilities, including high-risk and nuclear environments.  This is a senior, multi-site role with a significant focus on the Midlands and North West, so candidates based in these areas are preferred.  You will work closely with Facilities, Engineering and operational teams to ensure robust fire safety standards, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the portfolio.   Key Responsibilities     Lead and manage fire safety arrangements across multiple sites and contracts.   Develop and maintain fire safety policies, procedures and management systems.   Undertake fire safety inspections, audits and assurance activities.   Monitor and drive completion of fire safety actions and improvements.   Oversee fire detection, alarm and suppression systems and associated maintenance.   Lead fire drills, emergency exercises and fire safety training.
